Sales Operations

This is an exciting position in a growing technical consulting firm. You will be a supporting member of
the Sales team and will play a key role overseeing client fulfillment. This position will challenge your
ability to organize and coordinate in order to keep internal departments as well as customers apprised
of order statuses.

  • Customer Contact Management
  • Pipeline Documentation / Forecast
  • Activity (Follow-up) / Customer notes


Administrative Functions
  • Sales Forecast Reports
  • Booking accommodations &, events
  • Coordinate customer follow-ups
  • Meeting minutes
  • Process expenses for sales team
  • Basic office administrative needs as required

  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
