Project Team

Customers are assigned an IT project management team to ensure proper scheduling, resource allocation and ultimately project success. The team is comprised of PMP project manager, a Solutions Architect, and a delivery engineer. This team will be responsible for project planning, status meetings, and the entire project life-cycle.

Customer Involvement

Customers provide specific information about the current infrastructure as well as their business needs and expectations. Customer involvement during all project meetings is critical to ensure a successful project implementation.
