The first step in our process is to blueprint your requirements. This step includes design through Proof of Concept – our engineers and architects work collaboratively to ensure the business and technical requirements are identified and documented.
Our second step involves supply chain management and product delivery. Once product is received our integration team will manage your inventory and provide asset visibility.
Our third step involves qualified, and experienced engineers to initiate the build as designed. We ensure optimal integration of vendor products and technologies with precision and quality throughout our build process.
Our fourth step, testing and QA processes ensure predictable and repeatable outcomes. During our blueprint step, we identify key requirements that are tested and validated within this step.
Our fifth step involves getting it to you! LookingPoint has global capabilities, and door to door handling. We provide real time transport monitoring to deliver maximum reliability and customer satisfaction.
