Yesterday Cisco hosted the Cisco Spark Launch in San Francisco, CA. The event included an exclusive look at the latest Cisco Spark innovations, hands-on demonstrations, and thoughts and remarks from event hosts Chuck Robbins, CEO, and Rowan Trollope, SVP and GM of Cisco's IoT and Applications.

Cisco Spark is your business messaging app, conferencing solution, and phone system all in one, launched by Cisco in March 2016. Yesterday's product launch released the newest technology provided by the Spark platform, the Cisco Spark Board. The Spark Board is a 3-in-1 collaboration solution allowing you to present wirelessly, white board digitally, and host video and audio calls.

Spark Board was purpose built from the cloud up with development driven by addressing the 3 typical needs and challenges seen in 95% of conference rooms.

  1. Wireless presentation screen
  2. Digital whiteboard tool
  3. Audio and video conferencing

Challenges

  1. Ease of product deployment
  2. Cost effectiveness
  3. Complexities of product capabilities

With Cisco Spark Board all of your essential meeting capabilities are brought together in one simple device.
